Rune is an advisor and entrepreneur, with a bachelor degree in software development and a masters degree in innovation and business development.

Rune has worked for several companies and industries, with 9 years of experience from Telenor, 3 years of experience from FINN.no and 13 years of experience from advisory for both private and government organizations.

In 2016 Rune established CoWork together with two former colleagues, a business without management inspired from the book Reinventing Organizations by Laloux. Currently we are 15 employees and growing, still maintaining our manager-free structure.
