Maja is a frontend developer, UX engineer, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and continuous improvement enthusiast. She currently works at Stiftelsen SKIL, the Norwegian Centre for Quality Improvement in Clinical Practices. During her graduate studies in Philosophy and Logic, she focused on fundamental methodological issues in logic, mathematics, analytic philosophy, and formal linguistics. That background largely influences her professional interests: she just. won’t. stop. wrestling with methodological questions about the way we work within and across teams. 🤦‍♀️ These days, she spends a good deal of her free time listening to Brené Brown’s amazing Dare to Lead podcast. Her remaining free time is mostly spent on family, powerlifting, coffee dates, and… wishing there were more free time. 🙃
